The most important event of this year (25th Mar’ 2009) is that the Syndicate and the Senate passed unanimously the proposal submitted by Dr. A.G. Mehta, the Dean Faculty of Science to award Hon. D.Sc. Degree to Hon. Dr. C.M. Desai.
